Men's Retreat Registration

Men's Retreat 2011 - October 7-9

Instructions

Registration remains open until end-of-day Tuesday, October 4th! A $50 deposit must be received at time of registration to hold your space. Balance due, if any, may be submitted upon sign-in at the retreat center on October 7, 2011. To register online, simply fill out the form below, then either mail your deposit payable to Camelback Bible Church, 3900 E. Stanford Drive, Paradise Valley AZ 85253, OR use the online payment option. Online payment will be available on the confirmation page following your completed and submitted registration. If you use the mail-in option: 1) please make sure it's in the mail by October 5; and 2) print "Men's Retreat" on your payment envelope.

Note: Teenage sons are welcome to come with their fathers.

Refund Policy: If, for any reason, you have to cancel your participation in this event, Camelback Bible Church will return your registration fee (minus the PayPal charges) within four weeks after the event.
